Maria-Elena LoRe is the president of Alpha Marketing Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in strategic, tactical and technical marketing. The scope of her work includes: developing strategic business plans, creating innovative marketing material, directing new product launches, providing sales training and aids and technical writing.

Maria-Elena is a former marketing executive for Avaya, Inc. She began her career as an Associate Engineer at AT&T. She has also held positions in Manufacturing and Product Management.

When her responsibilities expanded into Marketing, she discovered her true passion. She knew this was the field in which she could make big contributions. Her initiatives demonstrate the impact of Marketing by increasing sales, creating brand awareness, reducing costs, enhancing customer and employee satisfaction and increased profitability.

While working full time, Maria-Elena earned her MBA from Seton Hall University in Finance with a minor in Marketing. She currently serves on an advisory board to the University’s Marketing Department. She received a B.A. in Chemistry, with a minor in Math from Caldwell College.

Beyond Marketing, Maria-Elena is committed to community involvement. She has held elective office and was appointed by New Jersey’s Governor to the New Jersey Transit Authority Advisory Committee. She is a member of the American Council for Young Political Leader and was the recipient of a grant for an eight-week study of the government of Australia.

An avid outdoors person, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, swimming and golf.
